LFD3 reserves the right to restrict use of facilities to those activities that are consistent with law, public policy and District policy and interests. Use of the facility is a privilege and user must conform to the District guidelines.
Generally, the facilities are available for meetings use for community groups and governmental agencies for the benefit of the people who live in work within the District. Use of facilities for social gatherings, parties, crafting activities, potlucks or similar activity is not permissible. For-profit, partisan political and/or religious groups/activities are not permitted to use/be conducted in District facilities.

The applicant and/or organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the District against all loss, damage, expense and penalty arising from any actions or claim on account of any injury to person or property of any kind whatsoever, which may be occasioned by the use of the facility during the period set forth herein or while the facility is in use by the above name organization, agency or person.

As a representative of the user group, I understand the following:
• An access key must be picked up during regular business hours and returned the following business day.

• The agency or organization agrees to return the facility to the condition found at the time of use and notify the District of any damage that occurs during use.

• The agency or organization agrees to repair or replace where necessary any damage that occurs to the facility while in use.

• A projection screen and guest WiFi may be available for use, provided advance request has been made, and a District Use of Technology agreement form has been signed.

• District facilities are smoke and vape free. Use of alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

• Food and beverage service is prohibited.

• Entryway/exterior doors may not be propped open at any time during use of the facility.

• Rooms can be reserved only once a month. Duration of use is limited to a 4-hour maximum.

• The District reserves the right to deny use and make exceptions as necessary.

• For security purposes, District premises are monitored by video cameras.

• Access to the premises should be made no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the approved reservation start time. (For example, if you requested 6pm as a start time, entry should not be made prior to 5:45pm).

As an authorized representative of the requesting organization, I agree to the terms of use of Lacey Fire District 3 facilities, and that failure to do so may result in the denial of future use.
