Request for Qualifications - Owner's Representative Services
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued to solicit qualifications from experienced firms to provide Owner’s Representative and Construction Management services in support of a comprehensive capital facilities program.
The District is undertaking multiple concurrent projects to enhance operational readiness, system capacity, and long-term service delivery. The selected firm will provide strategic oversight, coordination, and management support to ensure successful project delivery aligned with the District’s operational, financial, and organizational objectives.
Board of Commissioners Meetings
The Board of Fire Commissioners meet at 5:30 PM on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. Meetings are held at Station 31/ Headquarters, 1231 Franz St SE, Lacey, and are also available to attend virtually by clicking here.
