About Frank Kirkbride

Frank Kirkbride has been active in the Lacey community, serving on several community boards, committees and task forces. He chairs the Board of Directors for Coastal BSG, a subsidiary of the community rehabilitation program “Morningside,” and served 18 years on the Lacey Historical Commission. Commissioner Kirkbride is active in Lacey Rotary, Lacey Rotary Foundation, is a Trustee of the Washington State University Foundation and a member of Board of Directors, Mt. Rainier Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Initially appointed to the Lacey Fire District 3 Board of Fire Commissioners in 2000, he served through 2009. After a couple years off the Board he was elected in 2011, and is now serving his second consecutive term which began in 2018.

Frank graduated from Washington State University as a Landscape Architect. He worked with Washington State Department of Highways/Transportation for ten years prior to starting his consulting firm in 1979. Frank is the President of The Kirkbride Group, Inc, a Lacey based real estate development and investment company.
