Training & Education Center

Old Station 34, located at 8407 Steilacoom Road, now serves as the District’s Training and Education Center (TEC). The building is home to the offices of the Training Division staff, a large training classroom and meeting room.

The TEC also houses the Incident Support Unit program vehicle and office. Partner agencies utilize other space in the building including the Emergency Communication center and call center training room for Thurston 9-1-1 Communications, and a satellite office for Thurston County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
